This agreement (“agreement or Agreement”) is made between:

Always Enough LLC

Brave Life LLC
(the “Company”)

Collectively referred to as “Parties”.

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for training, membership and services provided by the Company and the Member.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In this agreement, the following definitions apply:
“We”, “Us”, and “Our” Means the Company.
“You” and “Your” Means the Member and/or Student.
“Consultant” Means the Member and/or Student.
“Organisation” Means the Company.
“Contract” Means the agreement in writing between the Company and the Member that will govern the business relationship between the Parties, including any additional Terms & Conditions.
“Parties” Refers to the Company and the Member named within this agreement.
“Training” Refers to the program designed to enhance the Member’s skills and knowledge to perform specific tasks required by the Company and any additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time.
“Course(s)” Means any in-person, live or online training provided by the Company.
“Course Content” Means any printed or electronic resources, documents or information available to you as part of the course(s).
"Membership" Refers to the Member's access to and utilisation of, certain courses, resources, tools, and benefits provided by the Company as part of the ongoing relationship.
"Services" Refers to the functions, tasks and duties performed by the Member for the Company under this agreement.
“Systems” Refers to the systems and sites provided to the Member by the Company as a benefit of the membership.
“Confidential Information” Means information relating to the Company business, finances, commercial activities, products, clients or affairs of the organisation confidential to it (or them) or treated by it (or them) as such and trade secrets relating to the business of the organisation or any of its clients, students, suppliers or customers.
Also included; (by way of example only and without limitation) technical data, know-how, financial information, financial forecasts, marketing strategies, password and security information. Confidential Information shall also include any Company products, software, intellectual property in development and not yet readily known or available to the marketplace.
“Proprietary Information” Refers to all data and information relating to the business and management of the Company.
"Earn As Your Learn / Inner Belief Practitioner Program" means the Earn As You Learn / Inner Belief Practitioner Program detailed in Section 3.4 and Annex 6, which allows qualified Students to provide services and earn revenue through the Inner Belief platform while continuing their training progression.
1.2. Unless the context requires otherwise, references to the singular include the plural.
1.3. The headings contained in the agreement are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
1.4. Words importing one gender include both genders and words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa (unless the context otherwise requires).
1.5. Any reference to any statutory provision includes a reference to any statutory modification of it.
1.6.The board means the board of directors of the organisation for the time being and from time to time or any committee properly delegated powers by it.
2. INTRODUCTION AND KEY TERMS
2.1. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for training, membership, and services provided to and by the Company.
2.2. These terms constitute the whole contract between the Company and the Member upon being signed on behalf of the Member and govern Assignments undertaken by the Member with the Company and there are no other promises, terms, conditions understanding, arrangements or obligations oral or written other than those contained in this agreement.
2.3. No variation or alteration to the terms shall be valid unless approved in writing by a Board Member of the Company.
2.4. The Student agrees to undertake and complete training, to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform the services.
2.5. The Training cost is as referenced in Clause 3.1.3
2.6.The Inner Belief membership cost is as referenced in Clause 4.2.1.
2.7.The service fee, in respect of this agreement, means fees payable monthly in arrears. Further details are included in Clause 5.2.
3. TRAINING
2.1. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for training, membership, and services provided to and by the Company.
2.2. These terms constitute the whole contract between the Company and the Member upon being signed on behalf of the Member and govern Assignments undertaken by the Member with the Company and there are no other promises, terms, conditions understanding, arrangements or obligations oral or written other than those contained in this agreement.
